Design

Nicely rounded edges and curved edges define the ergonomic design of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus 5G. Samsung focused on a minimalist, premium design that oozes class and elegance in the S23+ model.

Build

The handset measures 157.8 x 76.2 x 7.6 mm. it weighs 196g. note the slim design, which when combined with weight and fit in the hand makes the Galaxy S23+ comfortable to carry around and handle with one hand. The device is made of Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus 2), glass back (Gorilla Glass Victus 2), and aluminum frame. The phone supports Nano-SIM and eSIM or Dual SIM (2 Nano-SIMs and eSIM, dual stand-by). Protecting the expensively assembled Galaxy S23+ is an Armor aluminum frame with tougher drop and scratch resistance. Important to note too is the fact that the handset is IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 mins).

Display

A 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 120Hz, HDR10+, 1750 nits (peak) display dominates the Samsung Galaxy S23+. An 87.6% screen-to-body ratio and thin bezels help maximize display space for use. 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~393 ppi density) coupled with 1,750 nits peak brightness makes the S23+ one of the best screens on Samsung handsets for optimal user experience. An under-display, ultra-sonic fingerprint sensor provides enhanced security on the handset to prevent unauthorized access.
